At Cassandra's Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality kitchenware and home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original product boxes and shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
