Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cassandra's Kitchen ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the near future.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items or used cookware.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Product care varies by material. While many of our stainless steel and silicone items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our professional cutlery and wooden boards to maintain their longevity.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
